I had a very smooth experience trading in my 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport for the new TRD Off-Road. While no process is perfect, I believe the factory should honor the specifications and accessories selected when ordering the vehicle. I encountered a pricing issue with an accessory that was not installed from the factory, which was a factory error, not the dealer's fault. However, my advisor, Mina Reka, did an exceptional job. She promptly addressed all my questions, conducted thorough investigations, and maintained consistent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend her services.

I purchased a new RAV4 hybrid and the experience could not have been easier. The trim I wanted was in transit (not in stock) and Sabir kept me updated through out the whole process and was super helpful when it was actually time to finalize the sale and pickup the vehicle.
