Ever since the new generation of the 4Runner came out, I was hoping one day I would have the ability to buy one. I was in contact with a few dealerships, but could not finalize a deal. Through Facebook I got a response from Dan Formagiu at Team Toyota of Langhorne. All I could say is this was the best truck buying experience I have ever had! Dan was fast to respond to my questions and did not push me into a deal. I told him where I wanted to be at pricewise and he had no problem working with me. He gave me straight to the point numbers, no hidden fees or dealership fees. He got me the exact 4Runner that I was looking for and was straightforward about the whole process. Going to this dealership, you don’t feel pressured, the staff is very friendly, and it’s just a good experience all through. My wife and I actually had an enjoyable experience buying our next Toyota (we’ve had three before over 26 years). We weren’t sure which one we wanted and Adam was very patient, allowing us to drive three different models. We decided on a RAV4 XLE Premium. There was a wait of a few weeks but it arrived and at that point Skyler took over and got us into the car. We love it. We would definitely buy from Team Toyota again.

Dan was great to work with. People are overall nice, honest and not very pushy as some dealerships can be. There was some sort of theftall coverage that was snuck in there for $399. Still not sure what it is, but wasnt given much choice about not accepting it. Was first told there is no charge for it when asked to sign something, but then saw there was a $399 charge for it. After waiting almost 3 hours for the Paperwork to be ready, did not have much desire to fight about it and wait even longer. Other then the wait for the Paperwork and bogus $399 charge, the rest of the process was very good and friendly.
