I visited Team Toyota of Langhorne last week to service my car during a family visit in Bucks County. I have heard great things about their customers service and wanted to experience it. I had a great experience and was completely satisfied. The dealership is one of the best designed I have seen so far. It is charming, spacious lit and very clean, neat. I particularly like the variety of seating areas. There was a general seating area, and few closed door areas where one can comfortably work and take phone calls. I went there with my computer and was able to get some work done while my car was being serviced. Mr. Daniel, my advisor was welcoming and professional. He started by walking me through their process and showed me the facility as he realized it was my first time there. He was in touch with me via text message and kept me informed of each steps of the service. I was please to receive a live video of the technicians working on my vehicle. It was my first time experiencing that at any dealership. When Daniel came to me with suggestions of repairs I felt like his recommendations were realistic, he took the time to explain each recommendation to me. Finally, Team Toyota of Langhorne offered me the most thorough service in the shortest time. I was out of the dealership before the time I have scheduled. I recommend their service to anyone in the area. The Director of Service, Mr. Victor was on site and all the team seem happy.

Had a wonderful car buying experience

Tom Mellon is the best! He has been super patient dealing with me over the last year or more. I initially test drove a Sequoia but wasn't quite ready and he totally understood. I checked in a few times and he was always quick to answer. When I was finally ready, he was knowledgeable and him, the appraiser & the finance manager both got me what I felt was a great deal for my trade, a great interest rate and a great deal on my purchase. I can't recommend Tom & the crew at TEAM enough!
