I just purchased a 2026 4Runner TRD Pro from Toyota Langhorne, and Sales Manager Joe Daukaus and Sales Consultant Ali Abid went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and they guided me seamlessly through the process to build the exact vehicle that I wanted. The TRD Pro was back-ordered on quality hold, which was obviously out of Toyota Langhorne’s control, but Joe and Ali stayed in constant contact with me, providing real time updates on a regular basis. When I finally picked up the vehicle, everything was exactly as promised, and both Joe and Ali were there to meet with me and walk me through the final purchase. They took their time and reviewed every aspect of the new vehicle and answered every one of my questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and were familiar with every nuance of the new vehicle. I left completely satisfied and comfortable with the new vehicle. Additionally, both Joe and Ali have been available after the purchase, and respond immediately to any questions or concerns that I have had. Overall, my experience with Toyota Langhorne was a 10 out it 10, and could not have gone more smoothly. Skyler Hughes helped me with the purchase of my new Prius yesterday and he really made the experience infinitely easier and more enjoyable. I know, who would call buying a car “enjoyable”? But it was. We chatted and laughed on down time. He answered my heaps of questions and made sure I was in the loop during the entire process. I never felt taken advantage of or spoken down to, which is huge when purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles from Team Toyota, the sales team is amazing . This time around Dan was my salesman and he was training Alex. They were both excellent, and made the process straight forward and easy. Mike in finance helped to get the numbers to exactly what I needed. I will definitely use them in the future.
