Honestly I don’t think I have ever had a better experience! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with open arms. Loved working with Sabir so understanding and willing to work together on a good outcome. He even stayed overtime to make sure that we had everything we needed. Also in the finance department working with James he was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Overall they made this a very smooth and enjoyable process. We are so happy with our choice. I would definitely recommend coming here. The customer service was above and beyond!

I first started shopping for my car at another Toyota dealership and had an unpleasant experience with the manager at Flemington. They did not have the new RAV4 due to its high demand. I then called over to Team Toyota in flemington and they informed me they have a RAV4 solely for test driving and I decided to give Toyota another shot. Paul Muller and Dan Formagiu were fantastic. They helped break down the car buying process and made it seamless. I am extremely happy with the result and love my new RAV4. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. My only issue was the length of time in the dealership upon pickup day. I had everything ready to finalize my purchase and I was hoping to get out in an hr but I was there for 4. All I needed to do was switch my insurance which was done in 15 minutes and do the walkthrough and sign my papers. I was told the Finance manager was delayed due to another customer but it should not have taken them 3 hours.

Tom Mellon is the best! He has been super patient dealing with me over the last year or more. I initially test drove a Sequoia but wasn't quite ready and he totally understood. I checked in a few times and he was always quick to answer. When I was finally ready, he was knowledgeable and him, the appraiser & the finance manager both got me what I felt was a great deal for my trade, a great interest rate and a great deal on my purchase.
