Given the crazy time it is to buy car, my experience overall was positive with Toyota particularly with my salesman, John, who replaced my original salesman. The only real criticism I have is the sheer amount of time it takes to finally drive out in a car. It always takes some time to negotiate and nowadays for a car to be stocked. I just can’t understand why it takes 3-4 hours once all of those steps are over. There just has to be a better way.

I was working with Mina Reka, she was great, easy no pressure sales. I took my time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend Mina. Will be back for sure.
