I originally stopped by just to check out some pre-owned cars, but ended up driving home with the Crown thanks to their great pricing and professional service. Alexis, the salesperson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. They answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly without any pressure. I stopped by Team Toyota in Langhorne on a Sunday to look at the cars they had on the lot. I called two days later on and spoke with Adam in sales, letting him know that I was stopping by on my way home from work. He listened to what was most important to me, and had a couple of vehicles ready for me to test drive. The customer service was great, and I picked up my new Camry the next day. My overall experience from start to finish was definitely 5 Stars!

Additionally, Mike, the finance manager, facilitated the completion of the sale in a straightforward manner. He provided a low-pressure environment and thoroughly explained all warranty options.

Purchased a brand new Toyota Grand Highlander through Team Toyota. My entire experience was top notch. Salesman Dan Formagiu was excellent to deal with. You could tell Dan knew his Toyota vehicles and truly cared about helping people find their perfect fit and ensure they are happy. Finance Manager Mike Demirjian, was incredible. You can easily see how much experience Mike has with finances and he showed it. Mike was a wizard with the finances and ensured I got a great deal and was well informed during the whole process. Great experience here! I was in an accident and began shopping for a new vehicle while waiting for my car to be totaled by insurance. They were super accommodating and patient throughout the process. Sabir was my salesperson in the end and I’ve messaged him a few times since purchase and he’s been super responsive. I was able to add window tints to the car as part of the purchase. Unfortunately, we wanted to add the activity hitch but couldn’t verify it was a correct fit at time of purchase so now it is on us to do at a later date. I’d freely recommend Team Toyota to anyone. Their service department is always great so I’m excited to be back working with them.
