The staff we met were friendly and personable. Our customer service representative, Bill Hamid, did a great job of explaining all the options available to us so that we could make an informed decision as to the car that we wanted. We purchased a 2026 RAV4. My first time owning a hybrid and I absolutely love it. We were also able to secure financing through Team Toyota that was a better rate than the rate offered by our credit union. It was a very positive car buying experience.

The Team Toyota staff have all been exceptionally courteous and helpful in my multiple visits to their showroom and service departments over the past several months. Dan from sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into the deal. He helped get me into a new Toyota Corolla Cross. Jim Donahue in finance was very efficient at getting me in and out with my signed documents.
