I just bought my first ever new car last week with the help of Sabir from Team Toyota in Langhorne. About 2 1/2 months ago, I started the car buying search. I went to 4 different dealerships in the Langhorne area on the same day, one of which being this one. I was immediately greeted by Sabir. He was eager to show me cars even though I explicitly told him I wasn't going to be purchasing anytime soon. The car we drove happened to be my favorite of all I'd driven that day. A couple weeks later, I brought my mom back to test drive the same model, and shortly after I brought my sister. Aside from the vehicle itself and the stellar reputation Toyota has as a whole, what really stood out to me was Sabir's demeanor and service. He was friendly, he made himself available for all my visits and text messages, and was not pushy. Easy to deal with, level headed, and informative. I ended up putting a deposit down on an incoming Corolla Cross Hybrid that arrived about 7 weeks later. On the day of purchasing the car, he had everything ready for me. Answered every question immediately or directed me to where I could get my answer. The process at the dealership was very calm, easy, zero pressure. As a single woman that is a rarity, normally we are treated the opposite. Financing was a breeze, they got me great rates and laid out the options clearly so I made an informed decision. Overall - I felt Sabir and Team Toyota really respected me, my time, and they gave me a great experience from test driving to driving away with my new car. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend you work with Sabir. He set the standard for how this process should always go.
