The service department exceeded my expectations when my vehicle suddenly sounded like an airplane when accelerating. I called and asked for Carl who is a top notch service agent. I know my way around automobiles a bit so I can recognize the upsell. Carl is able to explain the reasons for any work that is recommended. He’s knowledgeable, honest and always pleasant. Dan was great to work with. People are overall nice, honest and not very pushy as some dealerships can be. There was some sort of theftall coverage that was snuck in there for $399. Still not sure what it is, but wasnt given much choice about not accepting it. Was first told there is no charge for it when asked to sign something, but then saw there was a $399 charge for it. After waiting almost 3 hours for the Paperwork to be ready, did not have much desire to fight about it and wait even longer. Other then the wait for the Paperwork and bogus $399 charge, the rest of the process was very good and friendly.
