Parts Counterperson – Service Department

Team Toyota of Langhorne is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Counterperson to support our busy service department. This role is focused on internal operations — working directly with service technicians and advisors to ensure accurate, efficient parts sourcing and inventory control that keeps the shop moving.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with technicians, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and understands the importance of urgency in a high-volume fixed operations environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support service technicians by sourcing and distributing parts efficiently and accurately
• Research and identify correct OEM parts using catalogs and manufacturer systems
• Maintain communication with technicians and service advisors regarding parts status and availability
• Invoice and process parts on repair orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor special orders and backordered parts while providing updates to the team
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, returns, and cycle counts
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
• Work closely with the service team to minimize downtime and improve shop productivity
• Ensure all parts requests are handled with urgency and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred, Toyota or dealership experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems, Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
