Team Toyota of Langhorne Service Manager

Team Toyota of Langhorne is looking for a Service Manager to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their knowledge and automotive experience. The Service Manager is responsible for meeting the customer's vehicle needs while running an efficient and profitable service operation for the auto dealership.

A valid State Driver’s License, ability to pass a criminal background & MVR check are required for employment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

· Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.

· Generate and continually strive to increase labor sales

· Maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction

· Set individual and total shop sales objectives

· Assign technicians and other service personnel to appropriate work based on skills and efficiency

· Ensure that proper service sales techniques are being used

· Encouraging technicians to keep their skill up to date through periodic training on new system and components offered by the automotive manufacture.

· Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones

· Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness, equipment repairs, and general shop appearance, while ensuring a safe working condition

· Obtain and maintain control of the special tools necessary for the repair and service of the vehicles that the dealership sells

· Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service all the vehicles that the dealership sells

· Assure proper repair order flow to satisfy dealership & business office requirements.

Description: Team Toyota of Langhorne is actively searching for energetic, friendly and professional Valet's. As a Valet driver you will be greeting customer upon them arriving to the dealership, properly checking their vehicle in and parking it. A valid Driver's License and a High School Degree are a must! Valet drivers must possess outstanding customer service skills, good communication, and have a polite and professional demeanor. Valet driver's also must be able to be on their feet, and able to run and hustle during their entire shift. Interact with customers and sales personnel with respect to finance and leasing arrangements.

Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and consistent department profitability


What are we looking for?

2-5 years of experience in a dealership F&I Department and Sales experience

Must be able to give a proper menu presentation

Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and time management

Understand tag and title laws; DMV

Enthusiastic attitude; team player

Achieve high PVR results
