After leasing our car for three years, we have learned a lot! It is too expensive to lease if you don't feel a need to "trade up" for a new car all the time. Arseniy was our sale professional. He was knowledgeable, he fixed a good sale price for us. Most of the process was straight forward. The only comment that I have is about selling extra warranties. This was my second unpleasant experience. They normally quickly go over the pamphlet to sell it as a sweet deal and unfortunately mostly are silent/even unaware about terms and conditions that majority of the time make that deal useless. I had to cancel the package both time. I wish they provide the written document ahead of time and let the customer take a decision with awareness to prevent future hassle for both parties.
