My wife and I went to look at a used Tundra and Chris was very helpful and up front. After we explained our situation he was very honest and fair even though he could not help through no fault if his he explained to us why and try to suggest some things . We were satisfied and pleased he took his time and even though we did not purchase the vehicle he was pleasant, friendly and made the experience great.

I’m loving my Toyota RAV4 XLE it drives very nice. I will recommend him to anyone. I could have gotten the car a little cheaper at Faulkner Toyota in Trevose but the salesperson was very rude to me so I left and I went to Team Toyota in Langhorne and met Jayen Perez ,he was my salesman. The only thing I didn’t like was my Jeep 2019 appraisal. I only have 47,000 and was offered lower than I expected so i didn’t trade it in.

The sales personnel are not pushy they leave you alone it's a real relaxed atmosphere and they are good people

It is rare to find a dealership with this level of integrity and honesty, let alone any at all. If I could give Langhorne an extra star, I absolutely would. After being told an insane quote at Toyota Holman, I reluctantly crossed state lines to visit Langhorne despite the hour long distance because of my friend's persistent recommendation. And I am so glad I did. The experience I had at Langhorne was honestly one of the most friendly and exceptional interactions I have ever had. My sales consultant, Ray Long, kept it honest and helped me consider what suited my needs the best without trying to corner me into a decision. He offered various options and even gave recommendations into what paths I should take financially with insurance. Overall, he made the process so simple and was extremely transparent about the costs. The experience was so enjoyable that it reminded me just how much customer service matters. At the end of the day, a car will always be a car. But it was something about the atmosphere that made it much more rewarding even after walking out the door. If you are looking for a car, Ray at Langhorne is the guy you want to go to. I can't recommend him or Langhorne Toyota enough.
