We had a great experience with Team Toyota! Our family lives in New Jersey but we were not having any luck with local dealers as we searched for our Sienna. We were either facing bad communication or being upsold like crazy. But when we contacted Team Toyota, everything changed. Communication was clear and they were able to work with us financially in a reasonable way. We worked with Pheobe and Jayen. Both were friendly, clear communicators, and just pleasant people. Very little pressure outside of what they needed to present as well as great problem solving. We will definitely make the trip again when we are needing another vehicle down the line!

Just bought my 2nd car from Toyota in Langhorne. I know there are many more Toyota dealers closer to me in West Chester Pa. The hour drive is worth it for the service we get at Langhorne Toyota and my sales rep is Daniel Formagiu. He made everything painless. I dont do many reviews but had to write this one.

Love this dealership. They really want to work with you and sell you a great car. We've bought two cars from this dealership so far. The only downfall is when you spend so much money for a new pickup truck you should get the floor mats. It's kind of ridiculous these days that you're not getting floor mats with your vehicle unless you pay extra.

My overall experience with Toyota was very positive, and I’d like to recognize the team for their professionalism and excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with friendliness and courtesy. I would like to thank Adam Whyte for a creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. He took the time to explain the vehicle features clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience. I’m only giving them 4-stars because they was a significant delay of 2 months in receiving my vehicle , of course not the dealership’s fault. However, it impacted the financing details that I was originally quoted. I only became aware of the change when I went in to finish the deal and receive the vehicle. I was disappointed because the wait was not my fault and it was not communicated to me that the rates could change during the 2 month wait. However, once I expressed my concerns, the finance manager handled the situation with understanding and professionalism. They acknowledged the communication gap and worked with me to find a reasonable solution (although not the original rate), which I truly appreciated. Aside from this, the team was respectful, accommodating, and easy to work with. Compared to other dealerships I’ve visited, they are the best!! Their approach felt much more genuine and customer-focused. Overall, I value the way they addressed my concerns and their commitment to good service. Because of that, I would still highly recommend them!!!!!

Salesman Sabir was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was very responsive in keeping me updated for the manufacturing and the delivery of my Grand Highlander to the dealership. Finance Manager Mike was also very helpful. He explained all of the warranty policies, options, etc. very well. He helped me choose the most reasonable options for my new vehicle. As stressful as purchasing a new vehicle can be, Team Toyota Langhorne kept me at ease throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend for anyone to go here.
