About the Role
The Service Director will oversee all aspects of our service and parts operations — ensuring productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position within a high-performing team, focused on delivering an exceptional ownership experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
• Drive profitability through effective labor management and process improvements
• Coach and develop service advisors and technicians to achieve performance goals
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty requirements
• Maintain exceptional CSI scores through superior service and follow-up
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Accounting departments to optimize operations
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for ongoing improvement
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of dealership service management experience (Service Manager or higher)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations, financials, and KPIs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
