I bought my first car at a dealership through Toyota of Langhorne. While there were parts of the process that were rocky, Brooke (service manger) and Jeff Garfinkel (Sales Manager) stepped in to make things right. They have both gone above and beyond to ensure the relationship was repaired. I bought a used BMW x3 2017 after trading in my 15 Elantra and love driving the car! It was in great condition with a few minor issues post purchase.

I have been a long time customer at team and they are wonderful! I have leased 3 RAV4s and just recently a Highlander. Everyone there is so kind, the process is smooth, and they even remembered to grab my EZpass from my old car! I wouldn’t lease or purchase a car anywhere else!

Hi our experience was wonderful with Armani. He showed us our choices of the 4-Runners we checked out in the parking lot. We were able to test drive the ones we were looking at. We decided on one of them and we proceeded to gather the information needed. Because it was considered a "used car" we had to complete the deal with the used car representative. We walked over to that area. We had requested more money for the Jeep we were trading in. The person that we dealt with was very rude. He wrote his number on a piece of paper, dropped it on the desk and walked away. We refused his offer more because of his attitude than the cash amount. We walked away with Armani. We asked if there were any actual new cars coming in. He found the exact same one, NEW, with many more options and $4,000 less. We proceeded with him and left a deposit and waited about 2 weeks. The car came in and he called us immediately and we completed the transaction. Armani was wonderful. He was professional, patient and willing to put in the time answering all of our questions, and setting up test drives etc. We would highly recommend working with him to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota!
