They both did an amazing job. My first impression played a roll in my return as Jeff’s personality was very comforting so was his patience, I threw a lot at him. Lauren with the final stages made the last steps as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate the time I had as some story’s car shopping are very unfortunate mine was the opposite.
